I had a fantastic experience ant Frost and the entire team at Frost. From the moment I walked in, I felt well cared for. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and clarity.

I had a great experience at Frost Orthodontist! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process quick and easy, and everything moved so efficiently. I was impressed by how fast the service was without feeling rushed. The cleaning was thorough and comfortable, and the installation process was smooth and professionally done. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Frost orthodontics is definitely the best orthodontics place in metro Arizona. The service is nice and the employees are so welcoming. The place always smells great and it is always tidy and clean.

frost is seriously the best. their office is clean, and nice and all of the employees are welcoming and sweet. there are comfy couches and chairs in the waiting room and massage chairs which are the best. frost is the greatest!
You guys are amazing! You have the best customer service I've ever experienced, and you give gifts to all your patients such as t-shirts, toothbrushes, and blankets, I'm so glad to be your patient!!
I came to Frost Orthodontics with low expectations because I thought "no way am I going to be able to afford the fancy orthodontist". I was beyond amazed they were over a $1000 less than the smaller offices I had been to prior to coming here. Not only was the price an awesome advantage, but they are able to correct my daughter's teeth without using a pallet expander. Which in my book was what sold me on the spot. To be able to shield her from the pain I had to endure as a child is amazing. Their office staff is phenomenal and very accommodating. Candace, our care coordinator, is beyond sweet and answers all my questions quickly. I can't recommend Frost Orthodontics enough.
